2. Services
We provide paper design, digital design, print production management and digital templates as described in your quote.
3. Proofs and approval
You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names and details on every proof. Approved proofs are printed exactly as shown.
4. Client content
You confirm you have the rights to any logos, photos, artwork or text you provide.
5. Color and paper
Screen colors may differ from printed colors. Natural variations in paper, ink and handmade finishes are not defects.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights of designs are described in our design license.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law, with venue in Hillsborough County.
