1. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing depends on approved quantities, papers and finishes.
2. Deposits
Custom projects require a 50% non refundable deposit to start design. The balance is due before printing or final file delivery.
3. Revisions
Packages include the stated revision rounds. Additional rounds are $45 each.
4. Print quantities
Printing may produce small overruns or underruns of up to 5%. We will reprint any shortage of usable pieces.
5. Rush orders
Rush orders carry a 25% fee and are accepted only when production capacity allows.
6. Digital products
Digital templates and downloads are delivered instantly and are non refundable once downloaded.
7. Cancellations
Projects cancelled after design begins forfeit the deposit. Orders cannot be cancelled once sent to print.
